Jim is a true RE professional. He was patient with us, provided sound guidance, was always available (even when on vacation), and made the first-time homebuying experience less stressful and was very reassuring. While every step was a big deal to my husband and I, Jim was able to educate us on how the process works and was great at getting us to 'not sweat the small stuff.' Becuse he is such a RE expert, he had great recommendations for all our needs (legal, financing, inspection, etc).
